(Satu Mare, Romania, 1982) Author and independent curator. After his studies in Art History at the Babes Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Costinas is contributing  editor of Idea Arts + Society Magazine and Verision; he is visual arts consultant for the Romanian National Television, research in residence at Basis Voor Actuele Kunst (BAK), and curator in residence in Kadist Foundation in Paris.
