(México City, 1968) is an Architect (Universidad Autónoma de Puebla, 1990), Master degree in Latin-American Literature (Universidad Iberoamericana-Puebla, 1999). PhD in Critic, Theory and History of Literature and Art (Catholic University, Milan, 2003). He specializes in Film and Television Scriptwriting "Tecniche di scrittura per la fiction" in the same University. 

He was finalist at the XXV Concurso Latinoamericano de Cuento "Edmundo Valadés" - Latin-American Short-Story Contest- (1996). Special Mention at the XIII Concurso Nacional de Cuento de Ciencia Ficción - Science Fiction Short - Story - Contest - (1997). Awarded with the Puebla's FECA Grant as Producer, Novelist and Researcher. As a result of this Grant he published Escritura creative, a book that analyzes the literary creation in scriptwriting. 

Professor in Mexican Universities since 1991. Director of the Art Department at the Universidad Iberoamericana (since 2004). Candidate of the Sistema Nacional de Investigadores (2006). He participates in La construcción de significado en artefactos culturales: teorías, texturas y textualidades a research of the Universidad Iberoamericana.
